The office of Congresswoman Barragán is now accepting initial applications for appropriations requests for Fiscal Year 2024. These appropriations requests are for projects or programs within California’s 44th Congressional District. All requests will be evaluated by the Congresswoman’s office and considered for inclusion in the annual appropriations bills.

The deadline to submit requests is March 31, 2023.

The House Committee on Appropriations has not yet released guidance for FY24 appropriations, but we anticipate the guidelines for Community Project Funding will be similar to those for last year. We will follow up with additional details about the process and any additional materials we may need once the Committee releases guidelines on Community Project Funding for FY24.
