Last Day to Submit Registration for LBEP Small Business Resiliency MicroGrant Program

The Long Beach Economic Partnership Small Business Resiliency Micro-Grant program has 2 new announcements.

1. The restriction on businesses that have received CARES Act funds has been lifted making them now eligible to receive the $1000 grant (see attached program description) and

2. The program is coming to a close. The last day to submit registrations is October 15th.

There are only 62 grants still available!

All eligible registrants will need to complete a 1 hour Business Finance training and a 1 on 1 business counseling session with a community based organization or the SBDC.

The remaining training sessions will be held once per month according to the schedule below.

Friday, September 25th, 11 am

Saturday, October 24th 9:30 am

Who Qualifies?

Long Beach business owners with less than 10 employees and 2019 revenue under $1MM, who:

1) Have a Long Beach business license, and
2) Have a business checking account.

Who is Ineligible?

1) Cannabis Industry Businesses

2) Businesses ineligible for SBA Loans: Click here.

How does a small business owner apply?

Apply here.

The small business owner opens the link and completes the brief registration, including the identification of the business owner’s referring business association or community based organization (Business Improvement Districts, Centro C.H.A. United Cambodian Community, Center for Economic Inclusion, Small Business Development Center and City Council District Offices).
